Nebraska: Prayers, Other Events to Raise AIDS Awareness

March 4, 2008

Several events are taking place in the Omaha area to mark the 19th annual Black Church Week of Prayer for the Healing of AIDS. A discussion about the disease will be held at 6 p.m. Tuesday night at Mount Calvary Community Church, 5112 Ames Ave., and free HIV testing will be offered 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesday at Charles Drew Health Center, 2915 Grant St. For more information, telephone 402-457-1208.
