Luciano Colonna has worked in the field of public health for 15 years. He is currently the executive director of the Harm Reduction Project and a consultant for the Open Society Institute's International Harm Reduction Development Program. Mr. Colonna is also proud of his involvement in the 1st and 2nd National Conference on Methamphetamine, HIV, and Hepatitis, the national overdose hotline (1-866-STOP-ODS), and the establishment of privately supported needle/syringe distribution and collection programs for drug users.
