U.S. News Illinois: Uniting Against Crystal MethJune 4, 2007 At their May 16 meeting, members of the Chicago Crystal Meth Task Force talked about the importance of promoting prevention in different regions of Illinois. Jim Pickett, director of public policy at the AIDS Foundation of Chicago, said prevention issues in the southern part of the state are significantly different than those in Chicago.
