Illinois: May 17: National Asian/Pacific Islander HIV/AIDS Awareness Day

The Asian Health Coalition of Illinois and the Chicago Department of Public Health are planning a special gathering for May 17, National Asian and Pacific Islander (API) HIV/AIDS Awareness Day. The event will feature free testing, dramatizations of how APIs are affected by the disease, and a forum with keynote speaker Dr. Terry Mason, commissioner of the Chicago Department of Public Health. The event will be held at the Truman College student cafeteria, 1145 W.
