UN Provides $7.5 Million to Madagascar to Fight AIDS

According to Les Nouvelles, a French-language newspaper published in Madagascar, UN Resident Coordinator Bouri Sanouidi delivered a $7.5 million grant to Madagascar's National Committee for the Struggle against AIDS on Monday. The grant will fund a joint action plan against HIV/AIDS, with a particular focus on enforcing laws concerning HIV/AIDS patients' rights.
