Mark Holodniy, M.D., F.A.C.P., C.I.C.
A fellow of the American College of Physicians, Dr. Holodniy is a member of several professional societies, including the International AIDS Society, the Association of Clinical Research Professionals, and the American Society for Microbiology and Infectious Disease Society of America. He also serves as an ad hoc reviewer for several peer reviewed journals and grant funding agencies.
Dr. Holodniy has published more than 100 journal articles, book chapters, book reviews, editorials and abstracts on HIV-related topics. His recent HIV journal articles include evaluation of experimental medications for HIV infection, assessment of quality of life in HIV infected patients and cost effectiveness of HIV testing.
Dr. Holodniy received his medical degree from Northwestern University, Chicago, and completed a residency in internal medicine at Good Samaritan Medical Center, Phoenix. He completed his Infectious Disease fellowship at Stanford University. He is board certified in Internal Medicine, Infectious Diseases, and Infection Control and Hospital Epidemiology, and is also certified by the American Academy of HIV Medicine as an HIV Medicine Specialist.
