Keith Henry, M.D. is a professor of medicine at the University of Minnesota School of Medicine and director of HIV Research at Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He has recently been appointed to the DHHS Panel for Antiretroviral Therapy for Adults and Adolescents. In addition, he is medical director of the AIDS Unit of the St. Paul Department of Public Health and medical director, Sexually Transmitted Disease Clinic in the St. Paul Department of Health. He has been directly involved with caring for over 1,000 HIV-infected individuals and personally oversees the management of over 400 HIV-infected in his clinic.

Since 1986 Dr. Henry has been published extensively in all of the major medical journals as well as in books about AIDS. He has been the co-author/investigator for large multicenter studies and is currently actively involved in over 20 research projects at 3 sites (Regions Hospital, St. Paul Health Department, and the University of Minnesota). He has presented extensively at most of the major international AIDS conferences and has given over 650 talks on AIDS to a wide variety of civic and medical professional groups throughout Minnesota and the United States.
