One Call to Save Lives

Call South Carolina Governor Mark Sanford Today, Monday December 11

December 11, 2006

Governor Mark Sanford
Governor Mark Sanford

The South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control confirmed to advocates last week that another South Carolinian has died while waiting for AIDS drugs from our state's ADAP program.

It will take $3 million in emergency state funds to end the waiting list from now until March 2007. The SC Budget and Control board can approve this money tomorrow morning -- if Governor Sanford makes the ask.

You can help stop the dying. Call SC Gov. Mark Sanford TOLL FREE at 888-802-1207 or at 803-734-2100 and tell him we need emergency funding for AIDS drugs to save lives. Tell him:
