U.S. News Wisconsin: AIDS Center Wins GrantOctober 31, 2006 The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development has awarded a three-year, $1.2 million grant to the AIDS Resource Center of Wisconsin to assist HIV-positive people transitioning from correctional facilities back to the community. Using the grant, ARCW will provide housing and employment counseling, residential housing, long-term rental assistance, and health and support services to up to 100 people annually.
