AIDS Action Sponsors Miami AIDS Conference

WHAT: AIDS Action Foundation, a national organization which fights for informed AIDS policy through community education and organizing, hosts a one-day dialogue in Miami, Florida, on the local, state and national response to an evolving AIDS epidemic. The Miami Regional Conference on AIDS is the first of four one-day dialogues on AIDS to be hosted by AIDS Action Foundation in 1997.

In light of a landmark year in the history of AIDS, there is a pressing need for dialogue at the national and regional levels about policy issues of concern to organizations that serve people with HIV/AIDS. An impressive panel of experts will discuss these issues.
