Study Explores Massage Therapy Benefits

September/October 2002

Cedars-Sinai Medical Center Department of Psychiatry is conducting a research study on the treatment of depression in people with AIDS with massage therapy.

To qualify, participants must have an AIDS diagnosis and currently be depressed and qualify through clinical ratings.

Participants must be at least 16 years old. All participants will be eligible to receive 10 vouchers for free massages in their home after study participation is complete.
