Viral Hepatitis Summit for San Francisco-Area Organizations

This one-day meeting is being presented by the American Liver Foundation "to bring together organizations from the Bay Area who are not directly related to hepatitis or liver disease, and provide them with the necessary tools to help educate their community about the causes and effects of viral hepatitis."
"Who should attend? Representatives from organizations who serve at risk populations: African Americans, Asian/Pacific Islanders, Hispanics, Gays and Lesbians, IV drug users, those at risk for HIV/AIDS, and health care workers."
The meeting will take place Friday, September 8, 2000 at the Laurel Heights Conference Center, 3333 California St., 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., breakfast and lunch included.
