Retroviruses Conference Reminder: You Must Complete Housing Process to AttendDecember 31, 2004 Those accepted at the Retroviruses conference (the 12th Conference on Retroviruses and Opportunistic Infections, February 22-25, 2005, in Boston) must complete the housing process or their registration will be cancelled -- even if they do not need a hotel. This is true for the "community press" category, and probably others as well. Community press and scholarship recipients do not need to stay in a conference hotel if they are staying locally with friends -- but they must complete the housing registration and indicate that fact.
If you were accepted you should have received an email from the conference management, with instructions for completing the housing process. If you have questions, contact and other information can be found at www.retroconference.org. Registration and housing will close on January 21, or earlier if the conference fills up before then. Deadlines to apply to attend the conference have already passed, except for "consumer press" (major newspapers, TV networks, etc.), which has until January 14.
