Laura Engle -- "News & Notes" and "Old-Fashioned Mixing Meets Techno Matching" -- is a freelance writer and frequent contributor to Body Positive. She was a regular editorial consultant for the Recreation/Nutrition/Child Life Department at Gay Men's Health Crisis, Inc., and produced two of the department's client newsletters, Recreation News and Child Life News.
Dylan Foley -- "Heliish Conditions at Single-Room Occupancy Hotels" and "Powers of Example" -- is a freelance writer and photographer who has contributed to Body Positive and has been a volunteer with the Lower East Side Needle Exchange.
Morgan Grenwald -- "Images of Pride '98" -- has been documenting the queer community for over two decades. Her work has appeared in countless books and periodicals in the U.S. and abroad. Her fine art photography has been exhibited internationally as well. She is also an activist and long-time coordinator at the Lesbian Herstory Archives.
Carmen Navarro -- "Ayisa Kennedy" -- is director of community outreach and editor of El Cuerpo Positivo at Body Positive, Inc.
Robert Paluch -- "Hellish Conditions at Single-Room Occupancy Hotels" -- is a freelance photographer and a frequent contributor to Body Positive. He is currently working on a documentary photo journal that will track the lives of people living with HIV.
Lawrence Prescott, Ph.D. -- "Medical Highlights of the 12th World AIDS Conference" -- is a freelance medical writer who was previously employed as an infectious disease specialist with the World Health Organization, and is a contributing writer to Body Positive.
Dennis Rhodes -- "Orphan" -- is a former Body Positive board member. He hosts "The Poet's Corner" on WOMR-FM radio in Provincetown, Massachusetts.
