Who We Are

The Canadian AIDS Treatment Information Exchange is a national, non-profit organization committed to improving the health and quality of life of all Canadians living with HIV/AIDS.

CATIE provides treatment information not only for people living with HIV but also for health care intermediaries, community agencies, and caregivers. CATIE provides information through a comprehensive Web site, a bilingual toll-free phone service, electronic mailing lists, print publications, a National Reference library and workshops and exhibits at conferences across Canada.

By providing the latest and most complete information available, CATIE staff enable people with HIV/AIDS to become actively involved in developing strategies to optimize their health care. The slogan "Making a Difference Through Information" is a credo we live by.
