February 18, 2003

Frank Oldham Jr. has taken over the post of citywide coordinator of AIDS policy for New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg. Oldham has served as head of Horizons Community Services, managing director at Los Angeles' Gay and Lesbian Center, assistant commissioner on HIV/AIDS at Chicago's Department of Public Health, and chief of Washington, D.C.'s HIV/AIDS agency.
