Our peer support hot line is operated by women volunteers, who are themselves, living with HIV/AIDS. Volunteers offer peer to peer support to women callers from across the nation. Treatment information is available upon request and a peer Treatment Educator is ready to talk about your treatment concerns. Monday, Wednesday and Friday 11am to 6pm

Every Wednesday 1:30-2:30 pm. This class focuses on breath and movement used to link yoga postures into a flowing sequence designed to increase flexibility and range of motion. Many of us living with the virus sometimes don't feel so good about ourselves. But when we get together and hang out, we find that we're not so different after all. When we have a little more fun and light hearted conversation. Afterwards, we feel better about ourselves and our circumstances.
