Angela Monson (D-Oklahoma City) hopes a bill signed into law by Gov. Brad Henry will educate Oklahomans about hepatitis C. "Former U.S. Surgeon General Dr. C. Everett Koop has called hepatitis C a worse threat to public health in America than HIV," said Monson. "Yet millions of Americans don't know anything about it."
