International News South Africa Approves Mass HIV/AIDS Drug TreatmentNovember 19, 2003 South Africa's government today approved a drug treatment plan to tackle its HIV caseload, said Health Minister Manto Tshabalala-Msimang. After a cabinet meeting, she told reporters there will be a national network of antiretroviral distribution centers within one year.
