International News Actor Rupert Everett Visits Cambodia to Promote HIV Awareness, FundJuly 7, 2004 On Tuesday in Phnom Penh, British actor Rupert Everett met with AIDS patients at a hospice. Everett wore a black T-shirt promoting the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, TB and Malaria and said he has previously campaigned for the effort. "Health should be a basic human right," he said. Earlier this week in Siem Reap, Cambodia's cultural capital, Everett met with students learning HIV prevention.
