Several hundred thousand Singapore dollars will be raised for the fund, said Senior Minister of State for Health Balaji Sadasivan, who urged the public to contribute. On Thursday, the Ministry of Health reported that 2,584 people in Singapore had been diagnosed with HIV through October, including 299 women and 25 children.
