Free Condoms for Brazil's Carnival Celebrations

The Brazilian government will pass out 11 million free condoms during its erotically charged Carnival celebrations, which run from Feb. 4 to 9. Millions of people from all over the world are expected to travel to the cities of Rio de Janeiro, Salvador, and Recife for the annual pre-Lenten festivities.
