Rhode Island: Grant Aids Expansion of Agape Center

July 13, 2005

A $250,000 federal grant has enabled the Agape Center, an HIV/AIDS counseling and support center for Woonsocket area residents, to expand its services. At a recent open house, Agape workers said they would dedicate the exercise area to Rep. Patrick J. Kennedy (D-R.I.), who secured the federal money for the project.
