Former U.S. President Bill Clinton arrived in India today and is scheduled to meet AIDS prevention groups during his two-day stay in New Delhi -- the first leg of a tour Clinton is taking to oversee regional tsunami recovery projects. Clinton will also speak at a conference of business leaders about what corporations can do to help fight AIDS globally. The Clinton Foundation is a major purchaser of generic Indian AIDS drugs, which the foundation sends to poor African countries. On Friday, Clinton will leave India to review the progress of tsunami recovery efforts in Sri Lanka, the Maldives, Thailand, and Indonesia.
