Texas: Baylor Offers Free HIV/AIDS Lecture

November 1, 2005

On Nov. 8 at Rice University, the Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Management Dean's Lecture Series will feature "On the Cusp of Hope: Corporate and Academic Partnerships Against Global HIV/AIDS." The lecture will focus on the care and support of AIDS patients in impoverished countries. Officials from Baylor and its corporate partners in the initiative, Abbott Laboratories and Bristol-Myers Squibb, will speak. The program begins at 5:30 p.m. at the Shell Auditorium of the Janice and Robert McNair Hall. The event is free to the public. To reserve a seat, telephone 713-798-3160 or e-mail howell@bcm.edu.
