Utah: Counseling Center Gets Grant for HIV Therapy

The Utah Department of Health recently awarded a grant to the Salt Lake City-based Cornerstone Counseling Center to provide HIV prevention case management services. The grant is designed to provide free counseling to those who are injecting drugs and others at high risk for HIV infection. Men who have sex with men are a special focus of the effort. CCC is working with the Interethnic Health Alliance to provide culturally competent services to ethnic minorities.
