U.S. News National AIDS Housing Coalition Awards Two U.S. SenatorsSeptember 19, 2005 On Monday, the National AIDS Housing Coalition is scheduled to give awards to Sen. Christopher "Kit" Bond (R-Mo.) and Rep. Christopher Shays (R-Conn.) in recognition of their work on behalf of housing for people with AIDS. The Missouri-based HIV/AIDS housing organization Doorways will give Bond the award today at its office, were the senator is meeting with board, staff and volunteer members.
