U.S. News HIV Testing Day Events Planned in South CarolinaJune 20, 2006 The South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC) will host more than a dozen events across the state in conjunction with National HIV Testing Day on June 27. Local health departments and other community-based groups will offer free or low-cost HIV testing using OraSure tests, a no-needle testing method.
