U.S. News Tennessee: HIV Testing Bill AdvancesMarch 29, 2006 A Tennessee bill requiring that convicted clients of sex workers undergo HIV testing advanced by voice vote to the full House Judiciary Committee yesterday. The mandatory test would be paid for by the defendant, said Rep. Ulysses Jones (D-Memphis). The senate version, SB3259, has not advanced yet for consideration in the Senate Judiciary Committee.
