Nashua, N.H., Tuberculosis

A student and a staff member at Broad Street Elementary in Nashua, N.H., have tested positive for TB, but health officials say pupils and staff at the school are not at risk of contracting the disease. School officials sent a letter to parents Monday informing them of the positive TB test -- the second test at the school in the past month. However, state and local health officials said neither person tested has an active case of the disease.
