More than 5,000 people participated in the annual AIDS Walk Houston at Sam Houston Park this year, with the event raising an all-time high of more than $400,000. AIDS Foundation Houston, partnered with JP Morgan Chase, organized the walk. Funds benefit AIDS Foundation Houston, Brentwood Community Foundation, People with AIDS Coalition, Resurrection Metropolitan Community Church, the Assistance Fund and the Center for AIDS.
