Dining for Life Benefit Planned by New Orleans AIDS Task Force

July 16, 2002

The New Orleans AIDS Task Force (NO/AIDS) and more than 45 area restaurants have joined forces to present the seventh annual "Dining for Life" fund-raiser on July 18. Restaurants will donate 25 percent of their daily proceeds to the NO/AIDS Task Force. Proceeds will go directly to providing a hotline, early intervention services, prevention education, HIV testing, counseling, community outreach, mental health services, case management, housing coordination, medication distribution, meal delivery and a food bank program.
