Bills signed included -- Domestic Partners: Provides many of the same rights enjoyed by married couples to 16,000 registered gay, lesbian and senior domestic partners.

Bills vetoed included -- AIDS: Budgets $3.1 million to expand AIDS prevention instruction to include prevention of sexually transmitted infections.
