Denmark: 800 Students to Undergo Tuberculosis Tests
October 8, 2002 Nearly 800 Danish students are being tested for TB today after two of their classmates fell ill with the disease last week and were hospitalized, a health official said yesterday. Another 26 students at the high school in the western town of Thisted have already tested positive without developing the illness, said the Viborg region's chief health official, Flemming Stenz. The results of Tuesday's tests will be known Friday.
