Stopping AIDS is World's Top Problem: Clinton in Rwanda

During a visit to Rwanda Wednesday, former President Bill Clinton said that halting the spread of AIDS was the "most important issue facing the whole world." Clinton signed a convention with the Rwandan government, on behalf of his private Clinton Foundation, to provide the densely populated central African country with help in health infrastructure and the provision of drugs. Rwandan President Paul Kagame then hosted a lunch for Clinton, before talks with some of the country's top officials.
