Nigerian AIDS Treatment Program DelayedSeptember 28, 2001 On Sept. 7, Nigerian Health Minister Alphonsus Nwosu had announced the start of a trial treatment program for 15,000 Nigerians suffering from HIV/AIDS using cheap imported drugs.
