The Houston Buyers Club is a nonprofit, 501(c)3 organization that offers nutritional supplements at a reduced cost to people living with HIV/AIDS and other chronic illnesses such as diabetes, hepatitis C and cancer. These supplements can help manage symptoms, as well as side effects associated with medications used to treat these illnesses. Founded in 1996, the Houston Buyers Club aims to improve the quality of life for patients by providing affordable supplements and information on the treatment of side effects.
