Pregabalin for Peripheral NeuropathyPeople with HIV who have peripheral neuropathy will take either pregabalin (Lyrica) or a placebo (dummy pill) for 3 months. Participants must be 18 or older and have had pain in their hands or feet for at least 3 months. TH9507 for LipodystrophyTMC 114 for Treatment-Experienced AdultsPeople who have taken anti-HIV drugs from three of the four classes of drugs (an NRTI, NNRTI and two PIs), and who have limited or no treatment options due to resistance or intolerance, will take TMC 114 (a new PI) along with other anti-HIV drugs. Participants must be 18 or older, have a CD4 count below 200 and must not be eligible for any other Tibotec-sponsored HIV trial. Maravicoc (UK-427,857) for Drug-Resistant HIVPeople who have taken anti-HIV drugs from three of the four classes of drugs will either take maraviroc (an experimental HIV CCR5 attachment inhibitor) with an optimized regimen of anti-HIV drugs, or take a placebo (dummy pill) with an optimized regimen, for 11 months.
