Pam

Although I have not yet been discovered in the popular sense of the word, I made my own discovery of self and my world through biographical depiction of my deep internal struggle living with HIV.

My art often is comical and primitive, and, at the same time, disturbing in its attempt to portray pain, anguish, dreams and disgust of self.

I also create puppets, which have an “Alice-in-Wonderland-on-Prozac” quality to them. They have frightening festive colors and whacky hand-sewn costumes.

I currently live in Los Angeles with my husband.
