Meeting the Need -- and Learning Together

Meeting the Need -- and Learning Together

We seek to dispel myths and fill knowledge gaps around trans health and lives, bringing together in one place the best resources and information available on a range of trans health issues, including HIV

-- JD Davids, senior partnerships editor, TheBody.com

Much remains to be learned about HIV and people of transgender experience. Many factors that contribute to members of this community's health and well-being can appear on the surface to have little to do with HIV. Moreover, generations of misinformation about trans health and lives are only just beginning to be debunked. By providing practical information, first-person perspectives, compelling news and more than a little fun stuff, this resource center makes a small contribution to this knowledge-building effort.

What are your thoughts on what's presented here? What's missing? As you browse this collection of features, fact sheets, interviews and more, we welcome your ideas -- HIV-specific or not -- for what to include in our updates of the resource center.
