The Top HIV and Aging Issues May Surprise You

What's menopause like for women, and men, living with HIV? Are long-term survivors planning for their financial futures? How will nursing homes handle an influx of residents living with HIV? When is aging with HIV an issue for youth? And what about homeless people aging with HIV?

As the number of older adults with HIV grows, what is the quality of those extended lives? What's being done to support people aging with HIV -- and what needs to be done better?

We looked to the experiences and writings of people living with HIV and working in the field, to see what a variety of community members are thinking about when they think about HIV and aging.
