We must figure out a way to get the general public to openly and frankly discuss issues related to HIV/AIDS. The result will be a vast reduction of stigma, shame, fear, isolation, loneliness, and discrimination. At that time, disclosure discussion will not be an issue at all. While there is so much advancement in the medical care for people with HIV, much more need to be done addressing the psycho-social and discrimination issues.
