New York: Over 45,000 to Attend the World's Largest HIV/AIDS Walk

New York's 28th annual AIDS Walk, the world's largest HIV/AIDS fundraising event, is scheduled to take place on May 19. The 10k walk will begin and end in the city's Central Park with many special guests supporting the event, including "Smash" actress Megan Hilty, "Glee" actor Alex Newell, "Ugly Betty" actor Michael Urie, and singer Martha Wash. To date, the event has raised $2,898,109, which will go to Gay Men's Health Crisis and more than 40 other AIDS service organizations. To join or sponsor the walk, visit www.aidswalk.net/newyork.
