New York: AIDS Walk Is Making Great Strides Toward Funding Goal

May 6, 2013

Volunteers, donors, and advocates came together at the Center for Architecture in New York City on April 25 to kick off the final days of campaigning prior to the 28th annual AIDS Walk NY, to be held in Central Park on May 19. The event is the largest AIDS-related fundraiser in the world, raising more than $5.8 million in 2012 for the city’s Gay Men’s Health Crisis and 40 other tri-state area AIDS service organizations.
