January 29, 2013
Writing in the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation's "Impatient Optimists" blog, Jennifer James, founder of Mom Bloggers for Social Good, examines the HIV/AIDS Legal Assessment Tool (.pdf) created by the American Bar Association Rule of Law Initiative.
