Nepal: Monetary Support to HIV/AIDS Infected Women

According to Kamal BK of the Emphasis Project, poverty-stricken HIV/AIDS-infected women living in the Kanchanpur district of Nepal are being provided with financial support to generate income for themselves through businesses that range from keeping goats and running poultry farms to tailoring. The project is active in eleven different village development committees and the municipality of Bhim Dutta.
