November 1, 2012 MTA Route Status & Closure Information From Housing WorksDear Housing Works staff: All ADHC, Primary Care, Mental Health, and Health Home Services for Cylar House and West Village Health Centers will be relocated to 57 Willoughby in Downtown Brooklyn until further notice. There will be a shuttle running from West 13th Health Center to 57 Willoughby Street from 8am-6pm daily. This is for staff needing to get to Willoughby, DBHC,ENY or the Brooklyn Thrifts. The van will also serve the PDC from Willoughby. Thrift Shops north of 23rd street in Manhattan and across Brooklyn will beopen. Due to power outages, the Cylar House, West 13th Street, and all Housing Works' sites below 34th street in Manhattan will be closed until further notice. All West 13th St. employees and Cylar Street employees are asked to report to Willoughby for further direction, unless directed otherwise by your manager or director.
