International News China AIDS Patients Topple Gate of Government OfficeAugust 30, 2012 A crowd of around 300 AIDS patients and their relatives tore down the main gate outside the Henan provincial government office in Zhengzhou city in central China on Monday. The protesters had originally gathered and blocked the gate to protest unmet demands for financial assistance. "We want the government to give us some help," said Li Xia. Li, like many of the protesters, was infected during an illegal blood-buying scheme in Henan in the 1990s that was widely considered a failure in government leadership. Under the scheme, collectors paid villagers to donate blood, pooled the untested blood, extracted the valuable plasma, and then re-injected it into those who sold it. Tens of thousands of people became infected with HIV. View Full Article Visit the CDC's website to find out more about their activities, publications and services.

Tue., Sep. 4, 2012 at 8:44 am EDT Wow, China leadership is becoming so much of a Nationalist Government in the Capitalist Country of China that the people in the lower ranks are getting angry and well as they should be there is so much in the bank for China’s people and still so many poor and without a dream. A bowl of rice for some and Home Depo and a Buicks for the few that are silent. Shame, Shame and more Shame in the leadership of this once communist once in great theory to be for all the peoples in the People are Republic of China or should I say, ‘some people’s Republic of China.’ Now a new National Capitalist China, yes, speak into it activist for the truth is clear in the schemes of greed of your government and lords are eating well and free and the bottom is in slaved to their Nationalist greed and control to keep their wealth at the top. Wake up great Bear and let the people be free once again to spread the wealth and spend some of that monies collected from the west, for years and years on all the people of China, to include the poor and slave labors.
