International News Aidspan Founder, Executive Director Bernard Rivers Stepping DownAugust 31, 2012 The Center for Global Health Policy's "Science Speaks" blog profiles Bernard Rivers, founder and executive director of Aidspan, a watchdog of the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, who is leaving his position after 10 years. "He will not be running Aidspan anymore, but plans to continue to research and write about Global Fund issues," the blog states.
