HIV Day 162! My latest viral load was 93 and my CD4 count was 708. Also I answer a few questions that viewers had for me: 1) telling others your status; 2) oral sex; 3) advice about being lonely.

Hi jst watch yr video. my cd4count is 708 and my viral load is 5. 151 in units or 141424 in copies. And I have not been placed on any meds yet but I take supplements like 24/7 and cellgevity. I want to know if it's ok or am gonna be ok not be put on any meds. Cos ma doctor said I don't really need to be placed on meds now. And should redo the cd4 in six months time. What do you think arrone
